1001 Cookies Blog

I'll be going through the 1001 Cookie Recipes cookbook, one recipe per week. It will take a lifetime, but it will be a lifetime well spent, no doubt. I'll be writing about the history of a particular cookie, meditating on the ingredients (if the ingredients are meditation worthy) or merely commenting on the strangeness of said recipes (like the one that involves bacon bits).
